Saholyu.com provides a platform for the rental of photography, video, and lighting equipment. All rentals are subject to availability, proper identification, and payment verification. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering and renting equipment
• Use the rented equipment only for its intended purpose and in accordance with any provided instructions
• Return all equipment in the same condition as received, accounting for normal wear and tear
• Pay for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment while in your possession
• Not sublease or transfer the equipment to any third party
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the equipment
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for rented equipment if required

4. Service Limitations

While we strive to ensure the availability and functionality of all equipment, we cannot guarantee that:

• All equipment will be available at all times
• The equipment will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any errors in the service or equipment will be corrected

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without notice.

5. Payments and Fees

Rental fees are as listed on our website at the time of reservation. Additional fees may apply for late returns, damage, or loss of equipment. A security deposit may be required for certain equipment, which will be refunded upon satisfactory return of the equipment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental period may receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled rental period may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the rental cost. No-shows or cancellations after the rental period has begun will not receive a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Saholyu.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Saholyu.com or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Saholyu.com and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saholyu.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services or equipment, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the rental in question.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saholyu.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct).
